🏒 I'm back to playing hockey after quitting at the age of 12. There’s nothing quite like the exhilarating feeling of freedom that comes with gliding across the ice, and the adrenaline rush from chasing the puck, manoeuvring through opponents, and scoring a goal!
💪🏽 It's amazing to see how the sport has grown amongst girls and women over those 13 years I was gone. When I played as a kid, there were only 6 girls teams in the entirety of the UK. Now, there are almost double that number! But there's still work to be done to support self-funded teams and take it even further!
